Add an item: Press the "Add Item" button inside each category to add a new item as part of its breakdown. Edit: Click directly on a category name, item name, or value to edit it. Delete: Press the trash icon (🗑️) on the right side of each item or category to delete that data.

Yes. Click the colored square box to the left of each category name in the "Data Input" card to open the color picker. Selecting your preferred color is reflected in the chart in real time.

The following settings are available. Value unit: You can freely set a unit that matches your data, such as "$", "items", or "people". It is reflected in tooltips and labels. Show child values: You can toggle whether to display the value on each item (child element) in the chart.

How can I save the chart as an image?

Click the "Download Image" button below the preview area to download your chart in PNG/JPEG/SVG format with your chosen quality. If you want to change the aspect ratio, drag the handle at the bottom-right corner of the preview frame to adjust it.

Is there an auto-save feature?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is. Your chart data is saved automatically to your browser's local storage. When you reload the page, or close and reopen your browser, you can restore the saved data. You can also revert to the default data by pressing the reset button at the top-right of the data input area. Local storage data is saved only in your browser and is not shared with other users. If local storage is disabled in your browser settings, the auto-save feature will not work. Clearing your browser cache will also delete the saved data.

Click the "Save & Publish Chart" button below the preview area to temporarily save your chart. You can re-edit it later using the URL and password issued when you saved it. You can also publish the chart publicly via URL.

You can load a chart using the "Resume from Saved Data" button. When loading, enter the URL and password issued when you saved it.

Can I bulk-enter data via CSV or copy & paste?

Accepted Answer

Open the dialog from the "Bulk Input" button, then copy and paste from a spreadsheet/Excel or an HTML table, or select a CSV file. Please check the screen for what to enter in each row and column. After pasting, edit it in the preview and click "Confirm & Apply" to reflect it in the chart.
