Finding bottlenecks in a process: Since you can see at a glance how much the number decreases at each stage, it becomes easier to identify where the most drop-off occurs (the bottleneck). Visualizing conversion rates: It is useful for understanding the conversion rate at each stage leading to a final goal (conversion), such as a sales process or website membership registration. Monitoring goal achievement: Compare the target and actual values at each stage to evaluate the health of the process.

How do I use this tool?

This tool lets you create a funnel chart in a few simple steps. Data entry: In the "Data Entry" area on the left side of the screen, directly edit the "Label," "Value," and "Color" of each stage. Adding/deleting rows: Add new rows from the form at the bottom of the data entry area, or delete unnecessary rows with the "×" button on the right side of each row. Chart settings: In the "Chart Settings" area, adjust options such as showing/hiding labels. Preview and save: Check the chart in real time in the "Preview" on the right side of the screen, and if everything looks good, save it as an image from the "Save" button.

Yes, you can. Click the colored square box on each row of the "Data Entry" section to display a color picker. Select your preferred color.

Yes, you can. Turn on the "Flip vertically (make it a pyramid chart)" switch in the Chart Settings section, and the funnel chart will be displayed as a pyramid chart.

How can I save the chart as an image?

Click the "Download Image" button below the preview area to download your chart in PNG/JPEG/SVG format with your chosen quality. If you want to change the aspect ratio, drag the handle at the bottom-right corner of the preview frame to adjust it.

Is there an auto-save feature?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is. Your chart data is saved automatically to your browser's local storage. When you reload the page, or close and reopen your browser, you can restore the saved data. You can also revert to the default data by pressing the reset button at the top-right of the data input area. Local storage data is saved only in your browser and is not shared with other users. If local storage is disabled in your browser settings, the auto-save feature will not work. Clearing your browser cache will also delete the saved data.

How do I save my data temporarily?

Click the "Save & Publish Chart" button below the preview area to temporarily save your chart. You can re-edit it later using the URL and password issued when you saved it. You can also publish the chart publicly via URL.

You can load a chart using the "Resume from Saved Data" button. When loading, enter the URL and password issued when you saved it.

Can I bulk-enter data via CSV or copy & paste?

Accepted Answer

Open the dialog from the "Bulk Input" button, then copy and paste from a spreadsheet/Excel or an HTML table, or select a CSV file. Please check the screen for what to enter in each row and column. After pasting, edit it in the preview and click "Confirm & Apply" to reflect it in the chart.
